    What We Expect From Partners

To protect borrowers and maintain a professional process, Funding Freddie asks every panel partner to meet the following standards.

Clear expertise, lender access and eligibility criteria for the products offered
Prompt contact for accepted introductions, especially time-sensitive property cases
Fair, professional and transparent treatment of every borrower
Clear explanation of next steps, documentation, fees and lender criteria
Agreed status updates provided throughout the case
Written confirmation of how introducer commission is calculated and paid
Secure handling of borrower information, used only for the agreed purpose
No passing leads to other firms or cross-selling without separate consent
Prompt notification if a case is unsuitable or outside your remit

    How Introducer Arrangements Work

Funding Freddie may receive an introducer fee or commission where a referred borrower enters into a completed funding transaction with a specialist finance partner.

Commercial terms are agreed in writing before introductions begin. They will cover the definition of a valid introduction, commission basis, payment trigger, payment timeframe, reporting, lead ownership and data handling.

Funding Freddie is not a lender. Funding decisions, product suitability and all lending terms remain the responsibility of the selected finance provider or broker.
